SUPERVISOR POSITION
The Field Supervisor is tasked with administering security operations in the designated territory effectively and efficiently. Ensuring that the security officers are delivering to the required standards and that the policies and processes that are used to manage them are in line with best practice, promote staff motivation and performance and are in line with legal requirements.
Commanding a day or night shift of the operations consisting of the following:
Liaise with Client to ensure that service delivery meets client requirements.- Manage Security Officers to ensure that they perform to the standards as set out in functional Terms of Reference (TOR’s), Post Orders (PO’s) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Day to day contact/liaison between the client and the company.
- Be familiar with Assignment concerns and issues and ensure that they are dealt with promptly and effectively.
- Deal with less serious disciplinary cases at the assignment level.
- To ensure that all incidents within the premises are reported correctly highlighting areas of concern for the premises and the corrective measures that need to be taken in order for the premises to meet the required standard for Nine One One.
- Conduct any other duty assigned.
